Upon receiving your order, a customer service representative will contact you regarding missing information necessary to complete order entries. Delay in returning information may affect ship date.
Clear, complete instructions must be detailed with the admission of a purchase order. This includes products ordered, quantities ordered, colors and imprint instructions, and camera-ready art. Please also include event date, shipping/ handling instructions, payment methods, and any other pertinent information to the order.
All orders are binding contracts once approved by See Sun (Specialtising Int’l). Prepayment and/ or Terms must be received and established before an order can be processed. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express only. Checks made payable to See Sun or Specialtising Int’l must be received prior to releasing merchandise. A scan of check copy is required to proceed with order.
Production time is determined by: inventory, order quantity, customization, off/ peak season, etc., and is subject to change. Please contact a customer service representative before placing an order to ensure all necessary arrangements can be met.
Normal production time for one color/ location imprint is 7-14 working days for most items. Production time begins once a proof has been approved. A customer service representative will contact you if your order is ready to ship out early, or if there is any unexpected event that prevents the job from shipping on time.
Unprinted items (blank stock) may be able to ship out within 1-3 days, depending on inventory availability and payment status. Please note all lanyards are cut and assembled to order and cannot be returned, unless it’s a mistake made by Seesun.
If you need an order completed quicker than normal production time, we will always be there to help you out. Rush orders may include additional fees and freight expedition in order to complete your order.

Screen-print –$35.00(V) for most items and $50.00(V) for most lanyards (1-color/ location for most items. Lanyards use “step & repeat” method to imprint end-to-end on one side, unless otherwise specified.) Additional set-up charges may apply for specific imprint requirements. Repeat setup is $25(V) for most items.
Photo-Transfer Setup – Prices vary, call.
Woven–$225.00 (V); Sewn-in logos up to 4 colors. Lanyards branded via woven process use a “step & repeat” method end-to-end unless otherwise specified. Additional set-up charges may apply for specific imprinting requirements. Repeat–$225.00 (V). Lead time 2 – 3 weeks.
Picture Mirror Lens–$225.00 (V); Sunglasses with pictures imprinted on the lenses include full color logo on both lenses. Lead time 2 – 3 weeks.
Hologram Lens–$3,750.00 (V); Sunglasses with hologram pictures imprinted on the lenses include one logo per lens pair. Sunglasses imprinted via hologram process will require $4.00 (P) in addition to the cost per sunglass for lens replacement. With the purchase of 10,000 pieces within one year of purchase, the mold set-up fees is fully refundable. Repeat—N/A; Mold fee good for up to one year.
Additional Imprint Charges
Multiple Colors/ Locations–$35.00(V) or $50.00(V) for most items. Additional colors and/ or locations will include run charges per color/ location.
PMS ink color match available — $15 Net.
Camera-ready art is required in order to process your order. Camera-ready means the art is readily available to be transferred from computer to printer without any graphical alterations. Art must be submitted via e-mail. The preferred formats include: .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .eps (Encapsulated Post Script), .pdf ( Portable Document Format), or straight-line copy. All fonts must be converted into outlines (curves).
Other acceptable formats include: .jpeg (Joint Photographic Experts Group) and .psd (Photoshop Document), minimum at 300 dpi.
Camera-ready art does not include: Fax copies, photocopies, business cards, letterheads, etc.
If for any reason the art does not meet camera-ready specifications or we must alter the art in any way, an art preparation fee may be charged in order to complete your order.
Graphic Design fee–$25.00/ hour *minimum one hour
Catalogs and most samples are free of charge, up to two (2) pairs if it’s sunglasses. Please request through firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 626-285-0930 along with your UPS/FedEx #.
If you need more than two (2) sunglasses samples, each add’l sample is $10(P).
The following items are not eligible as free samples: Reading glasses, polarized sunglasses, metal eyeglass cases, goggles.
E-Proof – Imprint approval is an important part of your order. All orders will receive up to two (2) proofs. Any additional proof is $15(Z). Production is on hold until art has been approved.
Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
Setup charge(s) + $10(Z) process fee for stock items; setup charge(s) + $45(Z) for special orders. PPS must be accompanied by a purchase order, and is required for all non-stock (special order) items. The production time for a PPS is 1 – 10 days depending on the job. Once approved, there will be a repeat setup to run full order.
Repeat order setup is $25(V) for most items. Call for photo transfer and woven repeat setup charges. Repeat setup is good for 12 months. After 12 months it is considered as a new setup.
Shipping & Handling
Most orders ship from California.
All orders ship via UPS unless otherwise instructed.
All orders are shipped prepaid unless otherwise instructed.
International Shipment require a $48.00 (P) fee for customs paperwork (if necessary). PR not included. Factory is not responsible for customs delays. Value of order must be determined when order is placed. Invoice must be included with shipment and must show all correct charges in order to expedite shipment.
All orders ship “best way” to meet the in-hands date specified on your PO unless otherwise instructed. If in-hands date cannot be met through standard ground shipping and we’re unable to contact you, expedited shipping method will be used at your expense.
See-Sun cannot be held responsible for freight carrier’s delays or mistakes, nor can we be held responsible for issues caused by weather conditions.
Drop/Split Shipments — $10.00(Z) per destination plus freight.

SeeSun/Specialtising Int’l reserves the right to invoice and ship over/under runs of 5% the total order.
Corrections and changes may affect the scheduled ship date. Changes made after the order has been approved by the customer may incur charges based on the number of products already finished. Cancellations after the order has been accepted are subject to labor and material costs expended. Checks returned to See Sun with NSF will be invoiced $60.00(P).
See Sun/Specialtising Int’l handles all returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact a customer service representative before returning an order. Please note that it is not possible to return an order 14 days after delivery of merchandise, regardless of the issue.
